122 East Spring Street: One-story, brick, one-part commercial building constructed ca. 1918. The building has a storefront altered ca. 1970 with metal and glass display windows and door. Across the with of the storefront is a ca. 1980 metal honoring. Above the storefront is a transom which has been covered with wood panels. The upper façade is composed of brick with a stuccoed surface. This façade has recessed brick and stucco panels. At the roof line is a stepped parapet. This building was constructed on the site of the 1885 opera house which burned in 1916. The present building appears to have been constructed within a few years after the fire.

The building appears to be in good condition and is now occupied by a printer/copier store.
