Gothic Velvary Gate (Velvarská brána) in Slaný is decorated by following CoAs: town Slaný, six town guilds, two unknown artistocrats and two lands of the Czech Kingdom (Moravia and Bohemia).

Velvary Gate, built in the end of the 15th century, is the last preserved part of the medieval fortification systém of Royal Town Slaný. The Gate is 38 m high and its steep pyramidal roof is atoped by a poppy head with a cock-shape weathervane - symbol of vigilance and alertness.
