The Salley Town Hall & police building was originally built in 1906 and relocated and renovated in it's current location after the decline of the railroad through town. The offices are open from 8am-1pm Mon-Friday.

There are several monuments, a town bell, and a small park located on the site.

This town has a population of 414 according to the 2010 census. There is no official online website for the town.
