In gratitude for the sacrifice made every day by police officers in respect for the ultimate sacrifice of Reedley police officer Javier Bejar."
Cpl. Berjar died while responding to a call of officer down in Minkler, CA. Bejar along with Fresno County Sheriff Deputy Joel Wahlenmaier were killed while trying to serve a warrant.
