The Gold Canyon Methodist church first met in the basement of the local elementary school. In 1988 an associate pastor was appointed and the church was chartered with 18 members in 1989. A fellowship hall was erected in 1997 and the current sanctuary was built in 2003 with initial services in 2004.
The church is located at 6640 S Kings Ranch Rd. Gold Canyon AZ 85115.
