Kostel postavený zcásti v barokním a zcásti v renesancním stylu známý díky sošce Pražského Jezulátka. / Church partly built in renaissance style, partly in the baroque style is home of the famous Infant Jesus of Prague.

1611-1613: Kostel nechali vystavet nemecky mluvící luteráni. Byl zasvecen nejsvetejší Trojici. Architektem byl pravdepodobne dvorní stavitel císare Rudolfa II. Ital Giovanni Maria Filippi.

1620: Po bitve na Bílé hore, kde zvítezila císarská a katolická vojska, predal císar Ferdinand II. kostel rádu bosých karmelitánu.

1624: Jako podekování za vítezství na Bílé hore byl kostel zasvecen Panne Marii Vítezné. Dalším patronem kostela se stal sv. Antonín Paduánský.

1636-1644: Kostel byl prestaven do dnešní podoby. Byl pristaven klášter bosých karmelitánu. Od roku 1641 byla v kostele natrvalo umístena soška Pražského Jezulátka.

1784: Narízením císare Josefa II. byl klášter zrušen. Karmelitáni museli odejít. Vrátili se až v roce 1993 na prání pražského arcibiskupa kardinála Miloslava Vlka.
