TO REACH THE MARK FROM THE INTERSTATE 95 OVERPASS AND SAN MARCO
BOULEVARD IN DOWNTOWN JACKSONVILLE, GO NORTH ON SAN MARCO BOULEVARD
FOR 0.3 MI TO THE ENTRANCE TO SAINT JOHNS RIVER PARK, THE
MARINE MUSEUM AND THE MARK ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BOAT RAMP, A
STAINLESS STEEL ROD DRIVEN TO REFUSAL AT A DEPTH OF 79.8 FT
WITH A NOS LOGO CAP FLUSH WITH THE GROUND AND 0.6 FT ABOVE THE
