This poorly maintained chopper will be seen by those travelling eastbound through Newport on Highway 2, but not necessarily those travelling westward.

The reason for that is that the chopper is on the eastbound half of the highway, which in downtown Newport is divided into two one way streets, Washington Avenue for westbound traffic and Union for eastbound traffic. The bike is mounted above the parking lot of Panhead Hill Cycle Supply on the corner of Union Avenue and Third Street.
It's not a 1937 knucklehead or anything exotic like that, just a chopped and modified Harley that had seen its useful days and is now a grabber for the cycle shop. There's rust appearing here and there on various body and chassis parts
