Dooger's is a terrific place to eat gluten free. They understand gluten and cross-contamination, keep GF flour and breading on hand, and can modify almost everything on their menu to be gluten free. All GF meals are prepared in separate pans that are washed twice before being used. Their clam chowder is outstanding and always gluten free. They have good local wines and give you a big pour for a lower price than I ever see in other restaurants. It's a safe, fuss-free, and delicious GF dining experience.
