Located in a park next to the Lynn Riggs Museum, is a bronze plaque alongside a pathway, honoring Ocie Mayberry (1903 - February 17, 1987). The plaque was placed the year she died. Ocie Mayberry was influential in the establishment of several service clubs in Claremore. Nearby is a five-globe, free-standing park light which was placed in Ocie's honor.
