The monument dedicated to 11 fellow citizens of a small village Chlum near town Horice was erected here in 1922. On top of the pedestal there is a sandstone statue of a roaring lion crushing under its paws double-headed eagle. The statuary is a work of sculptor Josefa Deyl from Horice and it represent one of the copies of the original erected not far from here in another village Rohoznice. The monument has been recently renovated.
