from website:"Graziella's parents are Italian immigrants who opened their first restaurant in upstate New York in 1974. At the age of 7, Graziella was already a part of the staff. She took on more responsibilities as she grew older and by the time she graduated college she knew the love of hospitality would never leave her. In particular, she developed a special talent for desserts. Still using her mother and grandmother's recipes, she prepares all of Grande Bella Cucina's desserts personally every morning."
