This manhole cover is forged with the Bucking Bronco symbol of Scottsdale, Arizona. It gives access to the sanitary sewer. The cover includes the image of a cowboy riding a bucking horse. Around the image are the words "City of Scottsdale Arizona". On the outside rim, at the top, is the word Scottsdale and at the bottom of the rim, Sanitary Sewer. Scottsdale bills itself as "The West's Most Western Town". At this intersection 142nd Street intersects Shea Blvd only on the southern side of Shea Blvd. the manhole cover is 38 feet south of the southern edge of Shea Blvd. It is entirely of cast iron.
