This gray metal marker is embedded in the cement on the top of the wall around a water control box. The wall is approximately three feet tall and the marker is on the wall facing southwest. The box sits on the southeast corner of the intersection of Country club Drive and Broadway Road. At this intersection Country Club Drive passes under Broadway Road so the nearest point to Country Club Drive is the exit on to Broadway Road. thus the marker is twelve and a half feet east of the eastern edge of the sidewalk on the exit from Country Club Drive and twenty-two feet south of the southern edge of Broadway Road.
The disk is stamped with the initials S.R.V.W.U.A in an arc along the upper edge of the disk. The bottom edge of the disk is stamped Engineering Dept. On the top of the disk, below the initials the disk is stamped Benchmark in an arch. Below that, in a straight line, is the abbreviation ELEV. and below that the word LOCATION. No other marks can be discerned.
