MARK ON THE RIGHT, SET FLUSH IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE HEADWALL LEVEL
WITH THE GROUND AND LEVEL WITH STATE ROAD 312.

BUILDING (AMERICAN HOME PATIENT, THRIFT SHOPPE), 105.0 FT
EAST OF A STEEL POLE NUMBER 36151968607 THAT IS SUPPORTING A LARGE
OVERHEAD SIGN (ANASTASIA BOULEVARD NEXT SIGNAL), 46.1 FT
SOUTH OF THE APPROXIMATE CENTERLINE OF STATE ROAD 312, 19.0 FT
SOUTHWEST OF AN ALUMINUM LIGHT POLE NUMBER 361519986, 6.7 FT
WEST OF THE EAST END OF THE HEADWALL AND 5.8 FT EAST OF THE
WEST END OF THE HEADWALL.
