TO REACH THE MARK FROM THE JUNCTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 1 AND SOUTH STATE
HIGHWAY A1A (SEAWAY DRIVE) IN FORT PIERCE, GO EAST ON STATE HIGHWAY
A1A FOR 0.7 MI TO THE EAST END OF THE BRIDGE OVER THE INDIAN RIVER
AND HUTCHINSON ISLAND. CONTINUE NORTHEAST ON STATE ROAD A1A FOR
