This sign tells of why some areas tend to be grasslands and some areas grow trees. Grasslands need less rain than trees do for one. Also, grassfires are comon and tend to kill saplings before they can get established. The soil types play a determining factor as well. This sign is far off in the field but can still be seen from the road.
