Here is another of three items with wheels that have been mounted high off the ground along Highway 2 in Libby.

It all began with a Nash Ambassador that had been mounted at the entrance to the now closed drive in theatre on the north side of the highway on the west edge of town. That one is no longer there. Instead, either it or another identical one is now mounted on the south side of the highway, in front of a casino at Dakota Avenue, 1.6 kilometres to the east.
This Ambassador is a 1957, the last year of production by Nash. The name lived on, though, under the American Motors banner. AMC was formed by the 1954 merger of Nash-Kelvinator Corporation and Hudson Motor Car Company. Nash had produced the Ambassador from 1927 to 1957.
