The one-way exit off Brookhaven Dr. meets the Loop 410 Access Rd. between the Jefferson Bank building and the Catholic Life Insurance building. The benchmark is on the west side of the corner of Brookhaven Dr. and the Jefferson Bank sign is mounted on the east side of the corner. Brookhaven Dr. is a one-way exit for the neighborhood behind the commercial property, so do NOT turn from the access road onto Brookhaven. You will be driving the wrong way. The easiest place to park would be either at the Jefferson Bank or the Catholic Life Insurance lot and walk back to the benchmark.

The benchmark is a classic bronze disk set into a concrete post about 5 inches above the ground level. There is a witness post painted red next to it. A telephone pole is within a few yards from this benchmark and stands between it and the curb of Brookhaven Dr.
