Na východním okraji mesta nad skalními útesy zvané Okliky byl v roce 1911 zbudován drevený vyhlídkový gloriet. V roce 1938 byl prestaven na rozhlednu. Dodnes se odtud naskýtá široký rozhled na rénské lesy, do hlubokého údolí Jihlavy ke Stríbskému mlýnu i na Ivancice. Okolo rozhledny prochází cervene znacená cesta, která dále pokracuje až na nádraží do Moravských Bránic.
