The old Claremont Teachers Training college is a large two storeyed limestone building built with limestone walls and a terracotta tiled roof in the Victorian Tudor Revival Style set in extensive grounds. It has a square, crenellated tower over the central entrance porch. A colonnaded two storey verandah extends along the front of the building . The building is currently used as an extension of the University of Western Australia
