Jan Valerián Jirsík (June 19, 1798 in Kácov – February 23, 1883 in Ceské Budejovice), was Czech Catholic priest, writer, patriot, and national revivalist. He was also the IVth Bishop of Ceské Budejovice in 1851–1883 and member of the Czech Land Council and Imperial Council.
