Google translates the title "Piltur go Stulka" as "Boys and Girls". The bronze work depicts a young man and woman standing and embracing...perhaps is a slow dance. The artist is Asundur Sveinsson and is dated 1931-1933.

Note that there is a nearby sculpture with the same title but by a different artist.
