Two frankly very uncomfortable divided concrete benches in lovely Crow Park commemorate the visit of Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Phillip, the Duke of Edinburgh, to this island parish shortly after her coronation.

The plaques reads as follows:

"In commemoration of the visit of
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
and His Royal Highness
The Duke of Edinburgh
24th November,. 1953
Erected by Paget Parish"
