This caboose is maintained by the Lincoln Area Railway Historical Society (http:/www.larhs.org) as a museum, visitable in the summer. It sits just off of 84th st., outside of a convention center and near a park and bike trail

Type: Wide-vision caboose
Class: AAR "Association of American Railroads" type
Length: 30 ft
Width: 9 ft 3 in.

Builder: International Car Company
Built: March 1977
Trucks: Roller Bearing Type
Oil fired furnace
Made of steel.
Axle mounted generator and batteries supply electricity.
Areas of Operation: Unknown, Illinois in the 1980's, possibly Wyoming, Lincoln Area
Current Use:
Caboose 12132 is currently a museum outside of a convention center on the east side of Lincoln, NE. There is also a railroad sign nearby. The hours are: Noon to 4:00 pm Saturday & Sunday May - September
