No one knows why this beach has so much sea glass wash up on it, but it is very well known among locals as a place to pick up sand- polished sea glass treasures.
The beach is next to the Alexandra Battery wharf at Alexandra Battery Park, and is also known as Frobisher's Building Bay.
Blasterz spent a happy half hour picking up sea glass here, which make special souvenirs for the folks back home.
