Built in 1938 this three story brick building was built as a multi-unit dwelling and has remained so since. It is a cross gabled structure lacking eaves and with a minimal cornice. The front elevation is graced with a two story porch/verandah topped with a small portico which matches the front gable. To its west are apartment buildings, while to its east is a building originally constructed as a funeral home. All were built in this time period.
This apartment, as well as its neighbors, contributes to the East Pine Street Historic District.
