AT FRANKLIN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, AT THE PUBLIC SQUARE, ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF THE MONUMENT, AND IN THE SECOND COURSE OF MASONRY. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED 648.821 C 9 1931. NOTE: THE DISK IS SET IN THE SLOPING FACE OF THE MONUMENT, THENCE CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO USE THE HORIZONTAL LINE IN THE CENTER OF THE DISK AS THE BENCH MARK. ITS MONUMENT IS CENTER THE STREET INTERSECTION (LOOP) OF 3RD AVENUE NORTH/SOUTH AND MAIN STREET.
