A 'Proper Cornish' brewery based in an old farm building near Tintagel. Not much to look at from outside, the only signage you may see is one of their vans outside, and evidence being a stack of beer barrels outside.
There are no off-sales or guided tours - although the owner was quite happy to show me around when I turned up.
Their award winning beer is only available in a number of local Cornish outlets, mainly keg beer in pubs, but bottles are available in the local Spar and Londis in Tintagel - it may also be available elsewhere, but I have not visited these shops.
Due to the particular nature of this brewery's location it is probably best not to drive right up to it as I did. It is located at Condolden Farm, and a photo of that should be sufficient.

About the brewery:
"After a spell as a Landlord in a local Pub, John Heard decided he wanted to make his own Cornish Beer. So with the help of an experienced brewer and local enthusiasts, he set to and built his own brewery in the old milking parlour at the family farm. Sourcing used vessels from all over the country and using skilled local engineers and tradesmen to build the plant, he was eventually able to start brewing in April 2009.

The Mash Tun travelled all the way from Leicester to its new home at Condolden Farm
The Hot Liquor Tank continues to give great service and holds the temperature of the pure spring water that is used to make our beers very well
Adaptations and developments over the last two years include three bespoke stainless steel FVs and an extended conditioning/bottling room and cold store. Now the expanded 10BB brewery has a new electric copper and two more Stainless FVs in a new racking area

The first brew was the now famous Gull Rock, taking its inspiration from the wild and rugged Cornish landscape. Hard on the heels of Gull Rock came Castle Gold. Echoing the strong, golden tones of Tintagel Castle, this special light coloured, hoppy beer, is a favourite of seasoned Ale drinkers. And so it goes on - our Harbour Special brought a stronger beer to the market that has now become a multi-award winning smash hit. In late 2010, Cornwall's Pride further increased sales as an easy drinking 4% bitter which is already winning still more prizes for its creator and seasonal specials such as Gwaf Tan (WInter Fire), Black Night Mild and Black Jack Porter- continue to add variety.

The 2012 Jubilee and Olympic celebrations have seen the development of 2012 Celebration Ale and this is now available permanently as Arthur's Ale.

The brewery expanded to 10 BB in summer 2012 and a new wind turbine now provides Cornish power for this very Cornish enterprise."
