Besides the two contemporary childrens areas [one for 5 yrs. and under, the other for children 5 to 12 yrs.] there is a skate park, and a frisbee course in the same park. And a spray (splash) area for hot days

Sacramento has plenty of hot days. The splash / spray area is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The playground has lots of fun animals to pretend ride and a train theme. It has a cushy foam that is fun to walk on. Children must be accompanied by someone over 18 yrs.
