Located along 4th Street is a monument comprised of a lava rock base with a metal plaque monumented on top and nearly hidden by a US Bank sign. The plaque reads:

CLAMPERS MEETING HALL

ON OR NEAR THIS SITE
BETWEEN 1854 AND 1856
THE MEMBERS OF THE
ANCIENT AND HONORABLE
ORDER OF "E CLAMPUS VITUS"
HAD A MEETING HALL.
DURING THE DAY IT WAS
USED AS A COURT ROOM
AND CLERKS OFFICE.

DEDICATED BY
HUMBUG CHAPTER 73
"E CLAMPUS VITUS"
JULY 11 1982

I was also able to locate an online article highlighting this marker and can be visited here.
