Depicted inconspicuous building in spa town Teplice, originally private house from the end of the 19th century, was rebuilt into House of Prayer of Church of Brethren (Sbor Církve bratrské) in 1975.
The local branch of Church of Brethren was estabilished in 1945 and 30 years it was using for services rebuilt former dinning room in Skolska street. But in 1970, Church acquired the waymarked bigger Art-Nouveau building in Postovni street, reconstructed it and opened it as a new House of Prayer in October 26, 1975.
Církev bratrská (Church of Brethren) is evangelical free church in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Free Reformed Church was formed in 1882 by merging the Free Evangelical Church of Czech and Free Reformed Church. In 2011 there was a 10,000 members of church in Czech republic. The church is member of International Federation of Free Evangelical Churches. [wiki]
