The featured sign is located at the entrance to the Anchor Hotel's parking garage which is enclosed area at street level with elevator access.
There is also a neon sign at the hotel's entrance. The sign uses white neon and has a depiction of an anchor atop the hotel's name. It would appear that the "hotel" is now a mall known as the Anchor Shops and the sign a relic of an earlier business at the site.
