This benchmark is a metal disk embedded in concrete at the south end of the runway of the Stellar Air park in Chandler, Arizona. the benchmark and it's attendant witness post are on the south side of south 79th Street. The witness post is a piece of white angular steel marked 1440.5 + 00.74.
Condition: Mark found in good condition

Designation: pls 19817 in the center of the disk with the words AZDOT Highway Div
