In Springettsbury Township, in the York Business Center off Memory Lane, is this sign with a yellow circle marking your location within the complex.

The York Business Center, Memory Lane entrance (this is important as it will be shown) is south of the bridge and exit for US 30, and north of Market Street. The entrance is on the east side of Memory Lane. The sign is on this road, just go straight on the road along a large building to the sign on the right.

The sign stands alone on a kiosk like structure, with a short roof providing some protection. The map is an architect rendition of the park which includes two large buildings. In the buildings are the current (as of when the map was last updated) tenants - Harley Davidson, which has an assembly plant in York, is listed. The sign also has a statement saying that the property has been divided into two, with no access between them.

The entire business center was once a manufacturing plant for Caterpillar, Inc. This plant once made precision parts for their products. The plant closed sometime at or after 1996. There is a parts distribution facility currently across Memory Lane.
