The ferry has as its landing a section of the creek bank at Myola. Steps lead to the bank & the ferry draws up to it, a small ramp lowers & the passengers embark or disembark.
Myola is separated from Huskisson by the width of Currambene Creek however at this point the spit of natural bushland is part of a National Park & it is highly unlikely a bridge will ever be built. The majority of citizens certainly hope not & have expressed their views to council over the years.
The ferry has been operational for three years. In the off season it operates on weekends, otherwise all school holidays & Public Holidays.
