This light is at one of the off leash dog parks which can be found in and around Kelowna.

The dog park is at the backside of the Kelowna Airport, on the east side of it, along Old Vernon Road. Directly across the road from the park is the Ellison Fire Hall and the restored Ellison School. This solar powered light is at the entrance/exit to/from the park, allowing patrons to find the exit after dark. It's powered by a single array of photovoltaic panels mounted with the light on a tall light standard.
