Dum cp. 8 jeden z mála domu na vimperském námestí zachoval podobu z doby pred velkým požárem v roce 1904 . Dum který vlastnil žid Marek Fantl v roce 1727 koupilo mesto a prestavelo jej na radnici. Autorem barokní prestavby byl knížecí schwarzenberský stavitel Fortini. Úprava byla dokoncena v roce 1728 a jejím výsledkem bylo prucelí s barokním štítem a malovaným znakem mesta, které budova dodnes má.
House no. 8, one of the few houses in the Vimperk square with appearance preserved from before the great fire in 1904. The house was owned by a Jew Marek Fantl and in 1727 city bought it and rebuilt it at City Hall. The author of the baroque reconstruction was the Schwarzenberg builder Fortini. Reconstruction was completed in 1728 and resulted in the façade with baroque gable and a painted emblem of the city, which is still visible.
