Run by the Salvation Army, this is where donations, both monetery and food donations, are received and from where the food is distributed. The food bank is a member of Food Banks British Columbia (FBBC) and an affiliated member of the Canadian Association of Food Banks. They are the only authorized Food Bank in Vernon.

The House of Hope is near the northern edge of downtown Vernon, a block west of highway 97 on 32nd Avenue.
