This statue presents two horses rearing over a square metal bar fence in Apache Junction, Arizona. The statue consists of two facing horses. There is a section of metal rail fence between them. A large circle of barbed wire hangs on the front end of the fence. On the rear of one horse appears the slogan "We Don't Call 911" in white paint with the outline of a pair of revolvers pointed out from the letters 911. The horses appear to be twice life size. The entire piece is of rusted metal with the exception of the white lettering. As the sculpture is on private property no dedication plaque could be detected.
