The Framed photo view is not the best if you stand square to the giant framed view Hwy shield, the view is 2 trash bins & car park, so I am guessing, its a work in progress location, where they may paint Route 66 or Arizona on the shield. if to stand to the far right you may get some very distant mountains in the background, across the Mohave Dessert.
The Golden Shores Community Recreation Center shares the Civic Center building with the Golden Shores/Topock branch of the Mohave County Library.
