Two rough-hewn granite blocks with plaques and a tall flagpole make up this simple yet powerful memorial on the northeast corner of the Parish Courthouse grounds in Morgan City LA to local men who served and died in WWI, WWII, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.
The easternmost plaque reads as follows:
"In memory of those who served their country in the Korean and Viet Nam conflicts."
The northernmost plaque reads as follows:
"In memory of our boys who gave their lives in World Wars One and Two"
