The park is planted with extensive stands of exotic trees which provide interest & shade. There is a playground amongst the trees & playing fields used for ball sports such as soccer & Rugby League. The Jamberoo SuperRoos (the local Rugby League Club) have Reid Park as their home ground. Facilities also include a kiosk, toilets & an RV camping area near the tennis courts.
There is a Bowling Club & a Golf Club accessible by foot either side of the park.
