Umísteno roku 1985, ve stredu bývalého hrbitova.
Autorem pomníku je Miloš Slezák.
Puvodní pomník stál na husovickém hrbitove a tvorila ho zdená mohyla z kamenu s dominantním stredem, keramickými obdélnými vázami po stranách a cerným kovovým mrížovím na levém boku zakonceným kotlovitou keramickou vázou.
Pred pomníkem stála samostatná kamenná urna.
Tento pomník byl odhalen 23. 10. 1949, odstranen pri zrušení hrbitova v letech 1976–1979. Urna premístena na Ústrední hrbitov mesta Brna, skupina 56a.
Pametní deska byla odhalena v roce 1995.

Location of 1985, in the middle of a former cemetery.
The monument is Milos Slezak.
The original monument stood on Husovicky cemetery and consisted of brick cairn of stones with a dominant middle, rectangular ceramic vases along the sides and black metal grating on the left flank ended with a ceramic vase.
Before the monument was a single stone urn.
The monument was unveiled on 23. 10. 1949, deleted the abolition of the cemetery in the years 1976-1979. Urn moved to the Central Cemetery in Brno, group 56a.
A commemorative plaque was unveiled in 1995.
