Interestingly there appears to be a spelling mistake in the word flavour. The sign has been retained by the present owners who have painted the balance of the brick work.
Bushells is a favourite tea to this day. Alfred Thomas Bushell, founder of Bushells Australia, was born 25th May 1833. The Bushells family were heavily involved in the tea business. The company is now owned by Unilever.
