The restaurant has been around for at least 10 years, I think (though I'd never been there until today). I remember noticing in passing that it had a renovation and/or format upgrade in the last few years.
Located on a somewhat less-traveled boulevard that runs across the city, and may be harder for visitors to find (certainly not convenient for passers-by on the I-25 and I-80 interstate highways that Cheyenne sits near the intersection of). Still, it usually looks busy whenever I drive past.
I went in today for a quick look (and purchase) and it made a good impression. Not a huge space (maybe seating for 30), but clean, well-lit and in good repair, from what I could tell. There's also a little outdoor seating. Staff was busy, but pleasant and efficient.
There is a drive-through, but it is not too obvious at first; it goes around the back (north) side. There was no mention of "Hot Eats & Cool Treats" that I could see, but the "Grill & Chill" signage is quite prominent.
Hours are "11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Drive Thru open at 10:00 a.m.", 7 days a week. As for holidays, "We are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving. We usually close early on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and New Years Day."

Hot Eats / Cool Treats: Serves both Hot Eats & Cool Treats
