The Honor Roll memorial is located on the lawn of the Haleyville City Hall. To the left of the memorial is memorial to Operation Iraqi Freedom Veterans, to the right is a memorial to Korean War Veterans.

The Honor Roll memorial is a two-piece engraved stone. It is located on the lawn of the Haleyville City Hall. Found it while finding the very nearby cache of the same name.
