Le château de Brissac est à l'origine un château fort construit au XIe siècle. Il est reconstruit en 1455 pour être ce qu'il est aujourd'hui. Il est aujourd'hui le château le plus haut de France avec 7 étages au total. Il compte deux cents salles et est ouvert en partie pour les visites.

The Château de Brissac was originally a castle built at the 11th century. It was built again in 1455 to be what it is now. This is the highest castle of France with its 7 floors. It has 200 rooms and can be partly visited.
