The house at 110 Delaware Street known as the "Rosemont House" was built circa 1704. The brick, 2-1/2 story, four bay house was built using a hall parlor plan. The distinguishing exterior features include a water table laid in English bond, a three brick belt course and a denticulated cornice.

The house appears to be very well maintained.
