Am Paviangehege im Osten des Zoologischer Gartens Frankfurt steht auf einem ungefähr 2 Meter hohen Kunststeinsockel die Bronzeskulptur "Pavian" (um 1905). Sie zeigt einen Pavian, der in einer Angriffshaltung sein Maul aufreißt. Die Plastik von Joseph-Franz Pallenberg (1882 - 1946) wurde von der Zoologischen Gesellschaft gestiftet.

At baboons outdoor enclosure in the eastern part of the Frankfurt Zoological Garden stands on an approximately 2 meter high stone pedestal the bronze sculpture "Pavian" (around 1905). It shows a baboon, tears open his mouth in an attack position. The sculpture by Joseph Franz Pallenberg (1882 - 1946) was donated by the Zoological Society.
